Now comes the fun part. I pour a really good cup of coffee for myself and put the rest in an insulated travel cup to keep warm. If the coffee is left in the French Press, the brewing process will continue and the coffee will become bitter. For me a cup of really good coffee is a simple and fulfilling pleasure.
