I just got the pepper plants and tomatoes planted on Monday. On Saturday we had about 3 inches of snow. We did our best to protect the plants with some cups from Quick Trip and a couple of tarps the night before the snow hit. Today (Sunday) the temperature is supposed to be in the 50's. I will pull the tarp off and hope for the best with the plants.
