Squash Planting

I am in the process of planting squash on a makeshift arch. I am hoping to avoid any frost. There is supposed to be a chance of snow on Saturday with low temperatures in the mid 30's for at least the next week. I am planting anyway. I think the arch will work well. If Christina would let me, I would put a few more arches in the yard and grow everything on them. As it is, I only have the one arch. I think I will start some onions on one side and part of the center and start squash on the other side. I am anxious to see how it works out this summer. I had to trim quite a few branches off a a tree to get full sun in the spot where the arch is now to allow it the chance to perform well.
